I've been around for a while, tried nearly everything, and this stuff is better than most and as good as the best (for waaaay less $$). Fill your bottle with 25g, 50g, or 100g, it still tastes great, isn't syrupy, and, for this digestive tract, easy to digest even after a half dozen hours on the bike.
